YOUR BLOOD SUGAR CHANGES AFTER YOU EAT. 🩸
That rise isn't automatically a problem.
When you eat, carbohydrates are digested into glucose, which enters the bloodstream. Your pancreas responds by releasing insulin, helping many cells take up glucose.
How much and how quickly glucose rises can be influenced by:
🥗 What you eat
🥬 Fibre content
🍽️ Portion size
🚶 Physical activity
⏱️ Timing and overall meal pattern
One simple habit worth considering:
Move after meals.
A short walk after eating can help with post-meal glucose control.
But don't turn this into another social-media “hack.”
If your blood glucose is repeatedly elevated, the answer isn't a sugar detox.
