Yoga & Chanting Summer Camp for Children

Since its inception, the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM) has remained dedicated to nurturing the next generation through the time-honoured tradition of Yoga. Our program transcends basic physical exercise, offering a comprehensive journey of Āsana and Prāṇāyāma practices that integrates the body, breath, and mind. Led by our expert faculty members, participants will explore:

Vinyāsa Series: A curated progression of static and dynamic Āsana-s tailored to improve flexibility, posture and coordination.

Breath & Sound Integration: Techniques in Prāṇāyāma and healing chants that enhance respiratory health and promote emotional calm.

Mindful Visualisation: Guided sessions to boost creativity, focus and mental clarity – essential skills for the modern classroom.
The Art of Healing Chants: Children will learn specific chants traditionally used to promote physical healing and mental resilience.

Interactive Growth: Through storytelling, games, and reflective discussions, we cultivate an environment that fosters confidence and social harmony in children.
