Week 5 update 🕷️
Finally got my strength back.
Didn’t lose a crazy amount of fat yet…
because this phase was about rebuilding strength, size, and confidence.
Now the real cut starts.
Goal:
Keep muscle. Lose fat. Build an aesthetic physique.
Also tried ice bath for the first time…
Worst 10 seconds of my life 😂
But one thing I learned:
Consistency changes you quietly.
