Week 5 update 🕷️

Finally got my strength back.

Didn’t lose a crazy amount of fat yet…
because this phase was about rebuilding strength, size, and confidence.

Now the real cut starts.

Goal:
Keep muscle. Lose fat. Build an aesthetic physique.

Also tried ice bath for the first time…

Worst 10 seconds of my life 😂

But one thing I learned:

Consistency changes you quietly.

Day 22 — 109 days before Spider-Man release 🕷️

Day 1 vs Day 22.

No shortcuts.
No fancy supplements.
Just consistency.

Not perfect…
but better.

Stronger.
More disciplined.
More in control.

And the biggest truth?

Transformation is boring.

Same food.
Same workouts.
Same effort.

Again and again.

That’s why most people quit.

Also… I won’t be posting daily anymore.

Because repeating the same content every day gets boring to watch.

But the work never stopped.

From now — weekly updates only.
Real progress. No noise.

Let’s see how far this goes.

Day 14 — 107 days before Spider-Man release 🕷️

2 weeks of consistency.

Day 1 vs Day 14 — not a massive change…
but a real one.

A little more muscle.
A little more shape.
A little more control.

That’s how transformation actually works.

Not overnight…
but through daily effort.

I’m not chasing weight anymore.

I’m focusing on how I look, how I feel,
and how I perform every week.

If you’re on a transformation journey —
don’t look for instant results.

Look for progress.

Because if your efforts are consistent…
results will follow.

And if they’re not —
something needs to change.

Day 13 — 108 days before Spider-Man release 🕷️

Leg day… and today was all about endurance.

Less weight… more reps.

Sounds easy?
It’s not.

In between sets, I had to take longer rest…
heart rate was shooting up.

You know how leg days feel.

But this was different —
controlled, focused, and brutal in its own way.

Also tried one of the best variations for glutes & quads…

proper killer.

This needs stability…
core strength…
and rotational strength.

Not just lifting —
you need control.

Post this… I did RDLs, took some rest…
and went back again for legs.

And that’s when it hit me —

legs are not easy to build.

It takes patience… consistency…
and mental strength.

Stop eating dry, boring chicken… try this.

Day 11 — 110 days before Spider-Man release 🕷️

Aaj ka simple high-protein meal 👇

200g chicken — approx 50g protein
Cooked in tallow (healthy fats)
Red chilli powder
Green chillies
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste

Recipe:

Low flame pe start karo —
chicken ko slowly cook hone do.

Phir end mein 1 min ke liye high flame —
thoda sa crisp aur flavor boost ke liye.

Bas… ready.

Simple… tasty… high protein.

No fancy ingredients…
no excuses.

Transformation ke liye complicated diet nahi chahiye…

Who says you need a whole week to unwind? Between the hustle and the grind, I barely get time for a getaway, but I managed to steal a 1-day escape. Just 24 hours, but filled with memories, laughter, and a much-needed recharge! Sometimes, all you need is a little break to feel alive again. 🌊✨
