*First time ever* — a Tamil Nadu player has won the National Chess Championship!

Proud Achievement by SAHAI Rehabilitation Centre

For the first time ever in India, Wheelchair Orienteering (Trail-O) was successfully conducted on 17 May 2026 at Bangalore.

We are proud to announce that 4 rehabilitated participants from SAHAI took part in this historic event and achieved remarkable success by winning the First, Second, and Third Prizes.

This achievement is not just a victory in sports, but a true example of courage, determination, confidence, and the spirit of rehabilitation. Their success proves that disability is not a limitation when determination and proper rehabilitation come together.
