This case involved a patient from the UK with refractory ovarian cancer after multiple lines of chemotherapy.

Treatment was tailored using individual tumour analysis, targeted therapies, and an integrative approach.

After a few cycles:
• Pain improved
• Tumour markers declined
• The mass reduced from approximately 8 cm to 2 cm

A biopsy is being considered to assess whether the remaining lesion contains viable cancer cells.
