Your relationship with money reflects your relationship with safety, self-worth, and receiving.

If you constantly overthink every expense, undercharge for your work, feel guilty investing in yourself, or fear that everything could disappear overnight, you're likely carrying beliefs that were never yours to begin with.

Money wounds are often childhood wounds dressed in adult responsibilities.

In my 1:1 healing sessions, we gently uncover:

✨ The root of your scarcity beliefs

✨ The inner child who learned that there was "never enough"

✨ The nervous system patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode

✨ The subconscious blocks around receiving, charging your worth, and creating abundance without guilt.

On June 21 the sun pauses at its highest point in the Northern Hemisphere and its lowest point in the Southern Hemisphere before slowly beginning its return journey in the opposite direction.

The word solstice comes from the Latin solstitium, which translates to "the sun stands still." For one sacred day, the entire cosmos appears to fall completely still, as if creation itself has pressed pause on the turning of time.

You may already be sensing this energy in the days leading up to it.

Dreams may have grown more vivid, emotions sit closer to the surface than usual, and something inside of you keeps asking you to slow down.

There is a feeling moving through the air right now, a sense that something is shifting beneath the surface of ordinary life and a new chapter is preparing to begin on the other side of this turning point.

Life itself can feel as if it has paused around you, holding still while you stand at the threshold of what comes next.

Every cell of you carries the memory of this day from thousands of years of ancestors who honoured it before you, and the solstice does the gentle work of waking that knowing back up inside of you.

Ancient civilisations understood this pause as one of the most spiritually charged moments of the entire year.

Stonehenge was constructed thousands of years ago to align with the solstice light.

The Great Pyramids of Egypt were positioned to catch its rays at the exact angle of solstice sunrise.

Indigenous cultures across every continent held ceremonies, lit fires, drummed, danced and gathered in community to honour the moment the sun reached its peak in the sky.

In the Northern Hemisphere, the Summer Solstice marks the longest day of light and the shortest night.

Solar energy floods the world at a level so concentrated that plants, animals and your own being respond to it at a cellular level.

In the Southern Hemisphere, the Winter Solstice marks the shortest day and the longest night, carrying an inward energy that invites deep reflection, rest and the planting of seeds in the rich darkness that gradually emerges into the light over the months ahead.

Both experiences carry equal spiritual power, because the solstice teaches that light and darkness are partners in the same sacred cycle.

The brightest point carries the first turn toward descent, while the darkest point carries the first promise of return.

This is why the solstice can feel emotional and powerful, because endings and beginnings are meeting in the same moment.

The Solstice has always been understood as death and rebirth unfolding together within the same moment.

It reminds us that life is constantly moving through cycles of growth, fulfilment, release, renewal, and transformation.

Chapters reach their natural conclusion, seasons change, and we gradually become someone different from the person we once were.

This is the ancient wisdom held within the Solstice, that transformation begins when we honour what has fulfilled its purpose while welcoming what is ready to arrive in its place.

On June 21 you are standing at that exact place, and the intentions you set carry a transformative charge that echoes across the entire second half of the year.

This is why many people feel called to make decisions, release emotional heaviness, speak prayers, write intentions, change direction, or reconnect with something their soul has been trying to show them.

The Sun enters Cancer on this same day, shifting the energy from the mental and social world of Gemini into the emotional, intuitive, and heart-led world of Cancer.

Home, family, belonging, emotional security, memories, ancestry, intuition, and the inner world where your truest feelings reside all move closer to the centre of your awareness.

The solstice amplifies this shift by joining the Sun's seasonal power with Cancer's emotional wisdom, creating a day where feelings become powerful messengers.

What rises in your heart on this day matters, because it may reveal what your soul is ready to nurture, protect, heal, honour, or carry forward into the second half of the year.

What you may notice in the days leading up to the solstice is a growing sense that something beneath the surface is asking for your attention.

Emotions that seemed settled may suddenly feel more present, while memories from distant chapters of your life can return carrying insights that were previously overlooked.

You may find yourself becoming more reflective, intuitive, emotionally aware, or unexpectedly clear about what feels complete and what is ready for a new beginning.

The Solstice has a way of illuminating what has been taking shape within you, bringing hidden feelings, unanswered questions, and deeper truths into greater awareness.

Old memories may return carrying fresh understanding, while situations that once felt uncertain can suddenly make much more sense.

Allow yourself to listen closely to what is coming into focus, because the days surrounding the Solstice often reveal exactly what your soul has been trying to show you.

Nature is at her most receptive on the solstice, and spending time outdoors connects you directly to an energy honoured for thousands of years.

Bare feet on grass, hands in soil, sunlight on your skin, your back against a tree, or your face turned toward the sky can help your physical self remember its connection to the Earth.

What you feel in your physical self on this day may carry more spiritual information than any teaching could give you.

The solstice speaks through sensation, emotion, instinct, memory and the ancient knowing carried through every generation that stood beneath this same sky before you.

The hours around sunrise and sunset on June 21 carry especially concentrated solstice energy because they mark the opening and closing gates of the day.

Sitting in stillness during either of these windows allows you to absorb the depth of what the season is offering.

Light a candle at sunset to honour the turning point, place your written intentions beneath it, and allow the flame to carry your words into the Universe through one of the oldest rituals ever practiced.

Write your intentions on paper and place them in direct sunlight during the day, allowing the peak solar energy to charge every word.

In the Northern Hemisphere, direct your intentions toward what you want to harvest, celebrate, and bring to fruition across the coming months.

For those in the Southern Hemisphere, direct your intentions toward what you want to nurture and protect during the reflective months ahead, and bring into the light when the days begin lengthening again.

The Solstice is a reminder that you are part of the same living cycles that move through the Earth, the seasons, and the stars above.

On June 21, the Earth, the Sun, and the cosmos align in a way that makes that connection easier to feel.

Whatever you honour, plant, speak, or feel during these hours grows with the full support of nature and the full power of the sun behind it.

Every ancestor who ever stood beneath this sky on this very same day understood that life is always changing, that one season eventually gives way to another, and that periods of completion are often the beginning of something entirely new.

That same ancient wisdom lives within you.

The Solstice places you at the meeting point between one chapter and the next.

What you honour, nurture, welcome, and give your attention to during this sacred pause continues unfolding, gradually becoming part of the life your soul has been calling you toward all along.

Right now, on this side of the world, we stand at the threshold of the longest night.

Not a metaphor, but indeed a living, pulsing fact written into your cells.

Every solstice that has ever been lived, is still alive inside you.

The first humans who ever stopped to notice the sun pause and turn, who lit fires against the dark and called their people to gather, they are not gone.

They are not "ancestors" in some distant abstract sense.

They are the architecture of your nervous system.

The reason your body still knows, without being told, that this is a sacred pause in the earth's dance around the sun.

Science calls it epigenetics, whereas mystics from times gone by, called it by many names that live within the spaces within our body.

The mystery hasn't changed, only the language we use to bow to it.

What was once whispered around fire, is now measured in laboratories and it says the same truth either way, you are not separate from what came before you.

You are the living edge of it.

Winter Solstice evening is the meeting point.

The ancestor you once were and the descendant you have become, standing in the same body, at the same moment, on the same turning earth.

The line between who you were ten thousand years ago and who you are right now goes thin enough to walk through as if time has folded into itself.

And underneath all of it, before any of it, there is the light.

The same spark that ignited the moment you were conceived, that has not stopped, ever, all the way to this exact heartbeat reading these words.

Every solstice fire ever lit was just humans remembering out loud what their bodies already knew in silence.

That light does not go out.

It only waits to be noticed again.

Tonight, somewhere on this planet, someone is gathering exactly the way the first ones did.

Around the fire, perhaps in stillness, reverence and gratitude.

You are part of an unbroken line that has never once stopped showing up for this night.

Here is a simple medicine that goes bone deep.

Tonight, put one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

Close your eyes.

Feel the pulse under your palm.

That rhythm has been beating in an unbroken line since before you had a name.

Say silently, I am the ancestor and the descendant, meeting here, now.

Then sit in the dark for as long as you can stand it, before reaching for any light.

Let your body remember what it is to wait for the sun on purpose.

You are not separate from the mystery.

You are how it stays awake.

WHEN STILLNESS FEELS FAMILIAR

There are moments when nothing new is being learned, yet something deep within quietly awakens.

For an Empath, these experiences often feel less like discovery and more like returning to something the Soul has always known.

Beneath the noise of daily life, a gentle sense of recognition begins to emerge, bringing peace without explanation.

Anamnesis is this quiet remembering. Spirituality does not always arrive through effort or seeking, but through presence and resonance with life itself.

Time in nature, the sound of water, and the openness of the sky can soften the mind and allow old wisdom to rise again.

In these moments, the illusion of separation fades, and a deeper sense of belonging restores the flow of energy within.

Spend time in silent meditation while allowing your attention to rest on natural sounds, then follow with a mindful walk among trees to reconnect with your body and calm the nervous system.

Practice slow rhythmic breathing and gentle stretching afterward, helping release tension and creating space for inner recognition and a renewed sense of harmony.

Sometimes we don't crave food—we crave the feeling it once gave us.

Comfort eating isn't a lack of willpower; it's often an emotional language waiting to be understood.

The question isn't "What's wrong with me?"

but "What is this craving trying to tell me?"

Healing begins when we become curious instead of critical.

When we address the unmet emotional needs beneath the behavior, our relationship with food often starts to change.

If emotional eating, self-worth, or unresolved childhood patterns are something you struggle with, therapy can help you understand the root cause—not just manage the symptoms.

If you're ready to begin that journey, I'd be honored to support you.

For the last eight years, you have been fixing the parts of yourself that felt broken, doing the kind of heavy internal work that is never witnessed externally or clapped for.

Today, that long era of constantly needing to repair yourself is over.

You don't have to keep digging into your past to prove you're ready for what's next.

The healing is done.

The chapter ahead isn't about learning how to survive another hard thing; it’s just about finally living as the person you worked so hard to become.

ANAM CARA—It is rare to meet someone who sees beyond the masks before you’ve spoken a single word.

Someone who recognizes the truth beneath the performance, the soul beneath the conditioning, the being beneath everything the world taught you to become.

Anam Cara is not merely a companion. It is a soul-recognition.

A presence that feels strangely familiar—not because you’ve met before, but because they remind you of who you were before fear, survival, and adaptation pulled you away from yourself.

With them, there is no need to perform.

No need to appear stronger, wiser, happier, or more complete than you are.

Your shadows are welcome.

Your confusion is welcome.

Your truth is welcome.

They do not run when you unravel.

They do not rush to fix what is broken.

They do not demand that you become someone else in order to deserve their love.

They simply remain.

Present enough to hear what your words cannot say.

Conscious enough to recognize the parts of you still waiting to be remembered.

Wise enough to understand that healing cannot be forced—only witnessed.

Anam Cara is the rare soul who doesn’t help you escape yourself, but helps you return to yourself.

Not by leading.

Not by following.

But by walking beside you.

And in that sacred companionship, something remarkable happens: the masks begin to fall, the noise begins to quiet, and the person you were always meant to be finally has room to breathe.

Because the deepest connections are not built upon need, comfort, or possession.

They are built upon recognition.

Soul recognizing soul.

And remembering home.

TEACH YOUR KIDS LIFE SKILLS

One day, your child will walk out into the

world without you by their side —

and when that day comes, it won’t matter

how many toys they had,

or how many A’s they got in school.

What will matter is whether they can handle life.

As parents, it’s not just our job to raise children who obey rules —

it’s to raise humans who can stand tall when life gets messy.

Teach your kids how to cook a meal, not just order one.

Teach them how to clean their room, not just make a mess.

Teach them how to manage money, even if it’s just pocket change.

Teach them how to solve problems calmly, not run from them.

Teach them how to apologize when they’re wrong, and mean it.

Teach them how to say no, even when everyone else is saying yes.

Teach them how to fix small things, how to try before they give up.

Teach them how to treat people with respect, no matter who they are.

Teach them that kindness isn’t weakness, it’s strength.

Because one day, you won’t be there to clean up their messes,

or solve their problems,

or make their choices for them.

You won’t always be able to protect them —
but you can prepare them.

So, raise kids who can handle life.

Kids who know that hard work builds character.

Kids who know how to bounce back after failure.

Kids who don’t just survive — they thrive.

Grades will fade.

Trends will change.

But life skills?

Those stay forever 😇💖💫
