From awareness to action 💙
A successful Mega Health Checkup and Cancer Screening Camp was conducted on 10th May at Goyla Dairy, New Delhi with the continued support and goodwill of Empathy Foundation, whose commitment towards preventive healthcare and community well-being continues to create meaningful impact at the grassroots level. Their unwavering support throughout the year has enabled us to take essential healthcare services closer to those who need them the most.
The camp focused on early detection and accessible screenings, including oral screenings, Clinical Breast Examinations (CBE), mammography screening, Pap Smear tests, mammography screenings, ECGs, and other important diagnostic services. Several first-time cases of high blood sugar, high blood pressure, and oral precancerous conditions were also identified during the initiative, once again highlighting the importance of timely health check-ups and awareness.
Coinciding with the Mother’s Day, the initiative also served as a reminder that women—who so often prioritize the well-being of their families—must also be encouraged to prioritize their own health. The strong participation in women-focused screening services reflected a growing awareness towards preventive care and early intervention.
