Stop, take a pause and sit for a while and just focus on your breathing.
Let your mind become one with the flow of your breath, deep and normal breathing must take place.

As your breath gets slow and calm, your mind will eventually feel the tranquility.

Do that once in a while, and let me know if that did not help at all.
