Easy to make & high in protein, apt for young students & professionals staying alone. Let’s make PERI PERI CREAMY SOYA NUGGETS.

INGREDIENTS- Serves 2-3 persons
2 bowls mini soya chunks
1Tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Boil in water for few minutes. Drain & squeeze the chunks. Sprinkle-
2 tsp rice flour
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch
1 tsp peri masala
Mix until they are properly coated.

For the sauce:
150 gms low fat paneer
12-15 soaked cashews
1 tsp peri peri masala
Salt to taste
Little water
Blend until smooth.

In a pan, heat 1Tbsp Olive oil, sautée 2Tbsp chopped garlic, 1 bowl spring onion whites. Then add the coated soya chunks & sauté until cooked & little crispy. Pour the sauce over it. Simmer for 4-5 mins on low flame. Add spring onion greens. Mix & serve. Garnish with some more greens. Serve with rice, roti or as it is.

INGREDIENTS
200gms low fat paneer
1 onion - cubed
1 capsicum- cubed
Oil to cook

FOR MARINATION
2Tbsp Hung curd
1tsp ginger garlic paste
Juice of 1 lemon
1.5 Tbsp sattu / roasted besan
1/2 tsp Deghi mirch
1tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1/8 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste

TO MAKE ROLL
1 Roti
Cucumber juliennes
Fresh dhaniya - yoghurt chutney
Enjoy this roll guilt free.

HI CALCIUM KIDS FRIENDLY RAGI PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS
For dry Premix:-
1 cup Ragi flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
2-3Tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup jaggery powder
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder

For 1/2 cup pre mix use 150ml milk & 1Tbsp Olive oil
