🔹 कार्य क्षेत्र

छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के सभी जिलों में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में कार्य करना।

🔹 मुख्य कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ

1️⃣ प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम

छत्तीसगढ़ के 33 जिलों में “भविष्य की खेती एवं बागवानी” विषय पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करना।

किसानों को आधुनिक कृषि तकनीक, ड्रिप एवं स्प्रिंकलर सिंचाई, फल-फूल उत्पादन और बागवानी मॉडल के बारे में प्रशिक्षण देना।

2️⃣ किसान समूह निर्माण

प्रत्येक पंचायत में कम से कम 2–3 किसान समूह बनाना।

किसानों को क्लस्टर फार्मिंग (Cluster Farming) के लिए संगठित करना।

3️⃣ ग्रीन पंचायत अभियान 🌿

पंचायत स्तर पर “ग्रीन पंचायत” की अवधारणा लागू करना।

फलदार, छायादार एवं औषधीय पौधों का रोपण कर मॉडल पंचायत विकसित करना।

4️⃣ विकसित बागवानी पंचायत

चयनित पंचायतों में बागवानी आधारित रोजगार मॉडल विकसित करना।

किसानों को उत्पादन + विपणन + प्रोसेसिंग से जोड़ना।

5️⃣ प्राकृतिक खेती का प्रचार

Subhash Palekar प्राकृतिक खेती मॉडल का प्रचार-प्रसार।

छत्तीसगढ़ में Subhash Palekar Natural Farming Cluster विकसित करना।

कुल पैकेज (6 माह-10 साल तक): ₹1,50,000 – ₹1,80,000)
