Title:
MisEpp Spine Endoscopy Fellowship | Practice-Ready Training with Dr Major Pankaj N Surange | IPSC Varsity
Detailed Description:
Step into the future of Pain Medicine and Interventional Pain Management with the MisEpp Spine Endoscopy Fellowship at IPSC Varsity, led by Dr Major Pankaj N Surange.
This fellowship is designed to take pain physicians beyond observation and theory and prepare them for real-world clinical practice through structured, practical and procedure-oriented training.
The program focuses on developing the knowledge, judgement and technical skills required for Minimally Invasive Spine Endoscopic Pain Procedures (MisEpp) through an integrated training pathway that includes:
• Comprehensive teaching in spine endoscopy and interventional pain management
• Hands-on cadaveric workshop for detailed anatomical understanding and procedural practice
• Live operative workshop with exposure to real clinical cases
• Patient selection, imaging interpretation and procedural planning
• Endoscopic anatomy, instruments and operating-room setup
• Step-by-step procedural techniques under expert guidance
• Prevention and management of complications
• Post-procedure care, rehabilitation and follow-up
• Practical guidance for incorporating spine endoscopy into clinical practice
The objective is simple — Practice Ready Training.
Participants are trained not merely to understand spine endoscopy, but to develop a structured approach that can help them progress towards confidently integrating minimally invasive spine procedures into their pain practice with appropriate training, mentorship and patient selection.
As the field of pain medicine evolves, the role of minimally invasive and endoscopic spine interventions is expanding. MisEpp represents an important advancement for appropriately selected patients suffering from conditions such as slipped disc, sciatica, lumbar canal stenosis, chronic back pain and radicular pain.
Under the mentorship of Dr Major Pankaj N Surange and the IPSC faculty, IPSC Varsity continues its mission of developing the next generation of skilled Pain Physicians through structured academic teaching, hands-on training and live operative exposure.
