"SILENT HYPOXIA" occurs in COVID 19 infection. That is pt is asymptomatic even after drop in Arterial blood oxygen saturation. So it's very important to monitor your Spo2 by pulse oxymeter even if you are asymptomatic but COVID 19 RT PCR positive. Because fall in Spo2 signifies the severity of the disease and guides further treatment.
