Recipe :
Ingredients- Boiled black Chana
Veggies -Chopped onion , tomato , capsicum , carrot .
Spices , salt , pepper,oregano , red chilli powder,tomato ketchup (to be used in end)

Method - Sauté onion , tomatoes and veggies for a minute .
Then add spices , boiled chana .
Let it cook for 2minutes together ,
Add tomato ketchup in end ,
Now toast a bread and add lettuce (optional) , baked chana ( like baked chana) and good to go ,
Enjoy easy 15-18 grams protein in 1 toast .
