🌼 9-Day Navratri Weight Loss Meal Plan
🌅 DAILY START (Same for all days)
* Warm lemon water / jeera water
* Coffee/tea
* soaked almonds
📅 DAY 1
Breakfast: Fruit bowl + 1 glass milk
Lunch: Samak rice + paneer curry + cucumber raita
Snack: Coconut water + makhana
Dinner: Lauki soup + 40g roasted paneer
📅 DAY 2
Breakfast: Lauki raita + 1 small boiled aloo
Lunch: Kuttu roti (1–2) + curd + peanut chutney
Snack: Apple + green tea
Dinner: Milk + 1 fruit
📅 DAY 3
Breakfast: roasted Paneer (50g) + papaya
Lunch: Samak khichdi (light oil) + curd
Snack: Roasted makhana
Dinner: Curd bowl + chia seeds
📅 DAY 4
Breakfast: Fruit + handful peanuts
Lunch: Kuttu cheela (2 small) + mint curd
Snack: Coconut water
Dinner: Lauki + paneer sabzi (light)
📅 DAY 5
Breakfast: Milk + banana
Lunch: Samak rice pulao + peanuts + veggies
Snack: Apple + makhana
Dinner: Curd + roasted jeera

Breakfast: Paneer + fruit
Lunch: Kuttu roti + aloo (very less oil) + curd
Snack: Buttermilk
Dinner: Vegetable soup

Lunch: Samak khichdi + paneer cubes
Snack: Coconut water + peanuts
Dinner: Curd + cucumber
