महिलाओं में Tailbone Pain ज़्यादा क्यों होता है? 🤔

Do you feel pain while sitting for long periods?
Does the pain increase when getting up from a chair, driving, or sitting on hard surfaces?

This may not be just normal back pain.
It could be Tailbone Pain (Coccyx Pain / Coccydynia) — a very common but often ignored problem, especially in women.

In this Reel, learn:

✔ Why tailbone pain is more common in women
✔ When pain while sitting becomes a warning sign
✔ The connection with pregnancy, delivery, falls, posture, and prolonged sitting
✔ How to identify coccyx pain correctly
✔ When you should consult a Pain Specialist

Many people ignore tailbone pain assuming it is just “normal back pain,” but persistent coccyx pain can significantly affect daily life, work, travel, and quality of life.

👉 Don’t ignore persistent pain. Correct diagnosis matters.

Why Do We Rub When It Hurts? | दर्द होने पर हम उस जगह को क्यों मलते हैं?

Why do we instinctively rub an area when it hurts?
Have you noticed that whenever you hit your hand or feel pain, your first reaction is to rub or press that area?

This is not random — it’s your body using a natural mechanism to reduce pain signals.

In this video, Dr. Amod Manocha (Pain Specialist) explains:
👉 Why rubbing helps reduce pain
👉 How touch signals can “override” pain signals
👉 Why this simple action gives temporary relief
👉 The science behind everyday pain behavior

This concept is based on how the nervous system processes touch vs pain signals, and understanding this can help you better manage pain in daily life.

Which painkiller should I take for pain? | दर्द में कौन-सी पेनकिलर लें?

Most people ask one question: “Doctor, which painkiller should I take for my pain?”
But the truth is simple — the right painkiller is decided by the type of pain you have.
And most patients don’t even know their pain type.

In this video, I explain the 3 real types of pain using a simple car-alarm analogy:
– when injury causes pain (nociceptive)
– when nerves get damaged and create pain (neuropathic)
– when the system becomes hypersensitive and amplifies pain (nociplastic)

Once you understand these three, you’ll realise why:
one single painkiller cannot fix every type of pain.
In fact, the wrong medicine can even make things worse.

If you’ve ever searched:
best painkiller for pain
which painkiller should I take
nerve pain medicine
pain not improving with tablets
this video will finally give you the answer.

Watch till the end — it may stop you from choosing the wrong painkiller again.

Knee Pain Signal CUT! | Non-Surgical Knee RFA + Cryo Explained Simply

Knee Pain Relief without Surgery – Radiofrequency & Cryoablation Treatment Explained

In this video Dr. Amod Marocha explains how radiofrequency ablation for knee pain works in a clear, visual way — using a knee model, a spine model and a “light-bulb in the brain” metaphor.

I show how the pain signal travels from the knee → spine → brain, and then I use scissors to “cut the wire” to show how interrupting that signal can stop the perception of pain.

I also explain how the nerves regenerate, and how this treatment differs from the “freeze” method, known as cryoablation, where cold is used instead of heat to interrupt the pain-signal pathway.

📌 What you’ll learn:
• Why you feel pain in your knee, what the “wire” really is (nerve pathway)
• How radiofrequency treatment works: we heat a target nerve branch, interrupt the signal, and relieve pain
• What happens after: nerve regrowth, how long effect may last, what it doesn’t do (e.g., it doesn’t just “fix” the underlying arthritis)
• How cryoablation (cold-based treatment) compares and when it might be used
• Why awareness of these treatments is important for anyone suffering chronic knee pain or exploring options

▶ If you’re watching this, you might also be interested in my other videos on knee radiofrequency (RFA) and cryoablation — check the playlist on my Youtube channel (“Knee Pain & Ablation Treatments”).
