Brown Rice VS White Rice: Which Is Better?

What is the difference between brown rice and white rice? They are actually both the rice plant, but the white rice is a starchy center of the plant, and the brown rice still has the hull around that starchy center.

So it is basically the same thing, it is just that brown rice is retaining that hull. The hull of the plant is going to contain all the fiber, the vitamins, and the minerals from that plant. It is also going to slow down the digestion and help us feel fuller for longer.

White rice is going to taste better to you because it is the starchy, kind of sugary center, and we always love things. White rice is not bad for you, and it is important to understand that it is still a whole grain, it is still a whole food. But the brown rice is going to give you more than the white rice is.
Also the calories are almost same - only minor difference when it comes to macros.

Sunny started his first fitness journey with us ( he never worked out in gym or focused anything on his nutrition )
Since it was his first time, he was little dicey if he will be able to follow a lifestyle change or not.
But on the other hand, he was motivated as well.
His office desk job was the hustle where he couldn't move a bit on his job hours.
We still managed to focus on NEAT activity and 3/4 days a week of for gym workout.
Sunny killed it this time with this decent transformation.

Everything you eat / drink have calories in it, including coffee only exception is plain water πŸ™‚
So let's understand how much a cup of coffee can effect your daily calorie in take.
A cup of black coffee have 5 Kcal, which is bare minimum and anyone can accommodate that in their diet.
Whereas cappuccino have approx 120 Kcal , again very much acceptable.
On the contrary choco chip mocha have 450-500 Kcal 😬😬😬😬which is almost equivalent to the calories of a meal. So do you want to replace a meal with this coffee ??
