Are you taking enough protein in your diet❓

As per recommended dietary allowance (RDA) it is recommended to take 0.8gram per kilogram of body weight.

For example- If you weigh 60 kg , you need to consume
48 grams protein per day.

So check the quantity of protein in the food items mentioned below 👇

➡️ 1 egg- 6g protein
➡️ 100g tofu - 12g protein
➡️1/2 cup lentil- 9g protein
➡️100g paneer- 14g protein
➡️1/2 cup quinoa- 12g protein

We must follow a strict Dietary guideline to prevent any heart diseases:

• D**k 4-5 litre water every day.

• Eat complex carbohydrates/ whole grains like oats, brown rice, multigrain bread, gluten free food like bajra, quinoa in your diet.

• Include nuts like almonds, walnuts (healthy fat) in your diet.

• Nutritional seeds such as chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds are rich in fiber and omega-3 and omega -6 fatty acid which is important for a healthy heart.

• Eat fiber rich foods- fruits and vegetable/ salad in your diet.

• Use olive oil/ coconut oil for cooking as these oils are rich in MUFA and PUFA.

• Avoid red meat- mutton, pork, beef, liver and prefer to eat lean meat- chicken or seafood like fish, shrimp.
