Have you ever sat down for a Reiki session and felt the connection just wasn’t flowing the way it usually does?

That happened to me.

Before beginning, I wore my Selenite bracelet. Selenite is traditionally associated with the Crown Chakra and is often used by energy practitioners to support a deeper sense of connection with higher guidance and the divine.

For me, the difference was noticeable. The Reiki session felt smoother, more connected, and the energy flowed with greater ease.

While everyone’s experience is unique, this has become one of my favorite rituals before offering Reiki. 🤍
