Reiki, Pranic healing, Theta healing, shamanic healing, and many more, these are all different forms of healing but they take you through that eternal journey, which connects you with the creator.
It is not that one who learns healing is a healer. The fact is, every human being is a healer and they have a Self Healing ability unknowingly and as well knowingly. We keep healing ourselves in our own way.
When it is done knowingly or voluntarily it is done through the practice of Meditation, Chakra energizing etc. When it is done Unknowingly that is the most subtle and beautiful concept which very rarely people realize. For example, sometimes we do get a feeling of Gratitude towards someone or we feel complacent and happy from within out of our some good deeds, A good feeling of Accomplishment when we are done with some noble mission or some project that was important at our Workplace. All these lead to positivity within our brain cells keeping us overall happy about the situation. This happiness in turn actually makes us feel good mentally, and again without our knowledge it has an effect of goodness in each part of our body cells which contributes to the overall wellness of our whole body and being. Thus we actually get an internal healing effect unknowingly.
