1. Knee isometrics or lying knee extension
Lie on your back with legs straight. Place a rolled towel under your knee. Tighten your top thigh muscle by pushing the back of your knee down into the towel. Hold for 3–5 seconds, relax, and repeat 10 times.
2. Straight leg raising
Straight leg raises with a strap (or resistance band) strengthen hip flexors and quadriceps while improving hip mobility. Lie on your back, place the strap around the foot of your extended leg, and hold the ends. Tighten your quadriceps, keep the knee locked, and raise the leg, using the strap for controlled assistance.

3. Knee extension in sitting
eated knee extensions with a resistance band effectively strengthen the quadriceps by creating tension as you straighten your leg. Secure the band to a sturdy anchor (like a chair leg) and around your ankle. Slowly extend your knee, hold for a moment, and return, keeping movements controlled and upright.
