Yahan video ke anusar 'Energy Booster Potato Filler Chapati' ki aasan recipe di gayi hai:

Ingredients (Samagri)=

* **Aloo (Potatoes):** 2
* **Sabut Dhaniya (Coriander Seeds)**
* **Hara Dhaniya (Fresh Coriander):** Barik kata hua
* **Desi Ghee / Fresh Coconut Oil:** $\frac{1}{2}$ Chammach (Spoon)
* **Aata (Wheat Flour):** Chokar samet (Whole wheat flour with bran)
* **Sendha Namak (Rock Salt):** Swadanusar (To taste)
* **Paani (Water):** Aloo ubalne aur aata goondhne ke liye

# # # **Step-by-Step Recipe (Banane ki Vidhi)**

1. **Aloo Boile Karein:** Sabse pehle 2 aloo ko kam se kam paani ke saath pressure cooker mein ubal (boil) lijiye.
2. **Mash Karein:** Uble hue aloo ko ek bowl mein achhi tarah se mash kar lijiye.
3. **Masaale aur Ghee Dalein:** Mash kiye hue aloo mein thoda sa sabut dhaniya (coriander seeds), barik kata hua hara dhaniya, aur $\frac{1}{2}$ chammach desi ghee (ya fresh coconut oil) mila lijiye.
4. **Aata Mix Karein:** Ab is aloo ke mishran (mixture) mein chokar samet aata dalein.
5. **Aata Goondhein:** Aata goondhte samay ismein thoda sa sendha namak mila kar ek ekdum soft (naram) aata goondh lijiye.
6. **Rest Karein:** Goondhe hue aate ko 15 se 20 minutes ke liye rest karne ke liye rakh dein.
7. **Roti Sekein:** Aata taiyar hone ke baad, iski naram-naram rotiyan bel kar tave par hi achhi tarah se seekh lijiye.

# # # **Serving Suggestion (Kaise Serve Karein):**

Is healthy roti ko butter paper mein pack karein aur saath mein bacchon ka favorite salad serve karein, jaise:

* **Garmiyon mein:** Desi kheera (cucumber), tamatar, aur grated coconut.
* **Sardiyon mein:** Gajar (carrot), tamatar, aur grated coconut.

> **Healthy Note:** Is roti mein chokar (bran) hone ki wajah se yeh fiber se bharpoor hai, jo digestion ke liye bohot achhi hai aur bacchon ko din bhar energetic rakhti hai.

🍅🥥 Tamato Coco Rice A wholesome one-pot meal kids will love!
Serves: 2–3
Prep: Overnight soak | Cook: ~25 min

👩🏻‍🍳Here’s the recipe!👨🏻‍🍳

🛒 INGREDIENTS

1 cup rice (soaked overnight)
3 cups water
¼ cup green beans, chopped
1 small potato, diced
¼ cup green peas
¼ cup capsicum, chopped
1 tsp sendha namak
Any veggies your kids love!

⭐ Secret Ingredients (add at the very end!):

1 tomato, finely chopped
¼ cup fresh coconut, grated

👩‍🍳 METHOD

1️⃣ Soak 1 cup rice overnight. Drain before cooking.
2️⃣ Add rice + 3 cups water to a steel pressure cooker. Keep it open on medium flame for 10 minutes till rice is half cooked.
3️⃣ Add all chopped vegetables and sendha namak. Mix well.
4️⃣ Close the cooker and cook on medium flame for 2 whistles. Turn off the flame.
5️⃣ Let the pressure release. Just before serving, add finely chopped tomato and
freshly grated coconut. Mix gently and serve immediately! 😄
