1. **Aloo Boile Karein:** Sabse pehle 2 aloo ko kam se kam paani ke saath pressure cooker mein ubal (boil) lijiye.
2. **Mash Karein:** Uble hue aloo ko ek bowl mein achhi tarah se mash kar lijiye.
3. **Masaale aur Ghee Dalein:** Mash kiye hue aloo mein thoda sa sabut dhaniya (coriander seeds), barik kata hua hara dhaniya, aur $\frac{1}{2}$ chammach desi ghee (ya fresh coconut oil) mila lijiye.
