Ingredients:
✨1 cup whole wheat flour
✨½ cup blanched spinach (palak)
✨¼ cup grated paneer
✨Salt to taste
✨½ tsp jeera (cumin) powder
✨Water (as needed

Method:
1. Blend spinach and paneer into a smooth purée.
2. Mix the purée with flour, salt, and jeera powder to form a soft dough.
3. Roll into rotis and cook on a hot pan until golden on both sides.
4. Serve warm with dal or your favourite protein source for a complete meal! 💪

Tip: Jeera aids digestion while paneer and palak make it a protein and iron-packed delight!
