Many men ignore early signs of Peyronie’s disease, assuming the curvature or pain will settle on its own. But delaying treatment can lead to worsening pe**le curvature, loss of length, erectile dysfunction, and long-term sexual difficulties. In this video, Dr Gautam Banga, Urologist and Andrologist, explains why timely diagnosis and treatment of Peyronie’s disease is crucial.

Peyronie’s disease occurs due to the formation of fibrous plaques inside the pe**le tissue, leading to abnormal bending, pain during er****on, and functional problems. Early-stage symptoms often include mild curvature, discomfort, or a palpable lump, which many patients overlook. However, as the condition progresses, the curvature may increase, making in*******se difficult or even impossible.

In this video, you will learn when Peyronie’s disease is in the active phase, when it stabilizes, and what treatment options are available at each stage. Dr Gautam Banga also explains why delaying consultation can limit treatment options and impact long-term outcomes.

If you notice any change in shape, pain, or er****on quality, do not ignore it. Early evaluation can make a significant difference in recovery and results.

Are you experiencing pain during er****on along with a curved p***s? This could be more than just a normal variation. In many cases, these symptoms are linked to a condition called Peyronie’s disease, where scar tissue forms inside the p***s, leading to curvature, pain, and even erectile dysfunction.

In this video, Dr Gautam Banga, Urologist and Andrologist, explains why painful er****ons should never be ignored, especially when associated with bending, shortening, or discomfort. Early diagnosis plays a crucial role in preventing worsening curvature and long-term complications.

What you will learn:
Is a curved p***s always normal?
Why does pain occur during er****on?
Early warning signs of Peyronie’s disease
When should you consult a urologist?
Available treatment options

If you are facing these symptoms, timely medical advice can help restore both function and confidence.

Many men notice a slight curve in the p***s and immediately assume something is wrong. But the truth is, not every curved p***s is a disease. In this video, Dr Gautam Banga, Urologist and Andrologist, explains the difference between a normal anatomical variation and conditions like Peyronie’s disease.

A mild curvature that has been present since adolescence and does not cause pain or difficulty during in*******se is often completely normal. However, if the curve develops suddenly, increases over time, causes pain, or affects sexual performance, it may indicate an underlying issue that needs medical evaluation.

This video will help you understand when to stay relaxed and when to seek expert advice. Early awareness can prevent complications and improve treatment outcomes.

If you are experiencing changes in shape, pain, or erectile problems, consult a specialist for proper diagnosis and guidance.

As a reconstructive urologist, I often meet patients and parents who believe that one hypospadias surgery is always enough. But in reality, some cases may require revision (redo) surgery to achieve proper function and cosmetic outcome.

Revision surgery is not uncommon, especially in complex or previously operated cases. The key is early identification of problems and expert evaluation. If you or your child has undergone hypospadias repair and is still facing issues, this video is for you.

Common reasons why revision surgery may be needed include improper urinary opening, difficulty passing urine, abnormal urine stream, fistula formation (urine leakage from another opening), pe**le curvature, or unsatisfactory cosmetic results.

Delaying correction can affect not just function but also long-term confidence and quality of life.

With advancements in reconstructive techniques, revision surgeries today are more precise and offer significantly improved outcomes when performed by experienced urologists.

Fix Urological Issues Early, Avoid Complications Later!

In my clinical practice as a urologist, I often see patients who come late—when a condition that could have been managed easily has already progressed into something serious.

The truth is simple: most urological problems start small but worsen silently if ignored. Early symptoms are your body’s warning signals.
Ignoring them can lead to complications like infections, organ damage, or even the need for surgery.

In this video, I explain why early diagnosis and timely treatment are crucial, and how acting at the right time can prevent long-term damage.

We begin with a strong reminder that delaying treatment is one of the biggest mistakes patients make, followed by how seemingly mild symptoms are often ignored. I then explain how these small issues gradually progress into complications like infections, blockage, or worsening pain. There’s a focus on how early-stage problems are usually manageable with simple treatment, while delayed cases may require surgical intervention. I also highlight real-life patterns seen in patients who wait too long.

The video ends with a clear message—listen to your body, seek medical advice early, and prevent avoidable complications.

As a urologist, I often meet parents who are anxious and confused after hearing different opinions about hypospadias. Unfortunately, misinformation and myths can delay the right treatment and create unnecessary fear.
Hypospadias is a congenital condition in boys where the urinary opening is not at the tip of the p***s, and timely evaluation is important for proper management.

In this video, I address 3 very common myths about hypospadias that every parent should know. Many people believe that the condition will correct itself with age, that surgery is unsafe or unnecessary, or that it can affect fertility and future life in all cases. These are misconceptions that can lead to delayed care.

The reality is that hypospadias does not self-correct, and when required, surgery is usually done at the right age with excellent outcomes in experienced hands. Modern surgical techniques are safe and aim to restore both function and appearance.

Early consultation with a urologist ensures proper diagnosis, planning, and peace of mind for parents.

Pain After Pe**le Implant!

As a urologist, one of the most common concerns I hear after pe**le implant surgery is: “Doctor, is this pain normal?”

Let me clarify — some level of pain after a pe**le implant is completely expected, especially in the first few days to weeks after surgery. Your body is healing, tissues are adjusting, and mild discomfort, swelling, or soreness is part of the normal recovery process. However, not all pain should be ignored.

Pain that gradually improves with time, responds to medications, and is not associated with other symptoms is usually part of normal healing. But if the pain is increasing, severe, or associated with redness, fever, discharge, or difficulty using the implant, it could indicate a complication such as infection or device-related issues.

Early recognition is key. Timely intervention can prevent serious complications and ensure optimal results from your surgery.

Your recovery journey matters just as much as the procedure itself.
