Running—it’s all fun and games until your knee starts acting like it’s being poked by a hot needle. 🏃♂️🔥
I’ve officially joined the IT Band Syndrome club, and let’s just say the membership perks are pretty underwhelming (mostly just ice packs and foam rolling while making questionable facial expressions). It’s a classic case of “too much, too soon,” and my body finally swiped left on my training plan.
Taking a forced pit stop to focus on glute strength, mobility, and actually listening when my legs scream “please stop.” I’ll be back on the pavement soon, but for now, you can find me becoming best friends with my physical therapist.
