Why Weekend Eating Can Affect Your Weekly Progress
Many people maintain a healthy routine during weekdays but become relaxed with their diet on weekends. Frequent outings, cheat meals, and irregular eating patterns can undo the progress made throughout the week.
While occasional indulgence is normal, repeated overeating can increase calorie intake and affect digestion. It is important to maintain balance even on weekends by practicing portion control and choosing better options.
