Empowering young minds through awareness! 🌸

We had a wonderful and interactive session with the students of Ryan International School on Menstrual Hygiene, Puberty, and Menstrual Health Awareness. The workshop focused on breaking the myths and taboos surrounding menstruation while encouraging open, informed conversations.

Dr. Poonam upadhyay explained the menstrual cycle, puberty, and the physical and emotional changes during adolescence in a simple and engaging manner. The students actively participated, asked thoughtful questions, and enthusiastically took part in the interactive questionnaire, making the session both educational and inspiring.

It was heartening to see young minds eager to learn, understand, and embrace menstrual health without fear or stigma. Together, let’s continue creating a future where every child has the right knowledge, confidence, and support to make informed health decisions.
