Comment “MONSOON” and I’ll DM you the 2 recipes for disturbed gut + low appetite 🌧️🌿

As a nutritionist, I don’t believe in making the same kadha for every monsoon problem.

Different symptoms need different traditional preparations, and these 5 recipes are simple options to add to your monsoon routine. ✨

Save this carousel for the next rainy-day sniffle, scratchy throat or blocked nose. ❤️

DM “PLAN” if you want me to help you build a plan around your health reports. 👇

When he came to me, it wasn’t just about weight. 🫠

He had high cholesterol, high BP, fatty liver and 20+ kgs to lose.

So we didn’t put him on a crash diet. ❌

We worked on his actual routine. 👇

🥚 Protein at every meal
🥗 Less packaged and refined food
🫀 Better food choices for BP and liver health
🌙 Early, lighter dinners
🚶‍♂️ 8–10k steps daily
🏋️ Consistent workouts
✅ And most importantly, a plan he could actually follow

In 2.5 months, he was down 20 kgs. 🔥

The biggest lesson?

You don’t need to eat less and suffer more.

You need to know what YOUR body needs and build your day around it. ❤️

Only 10 consultation slots open right now.

Comment "HEIGHT" and I'll share my nutritionist-approved food list for healthy growth. 📩

Height isn't determined by genetics alone. Genes set the potential, but nutrition, sleep, and physical activity influence how much of that potential a child reaches.

Protein supports IGF-1 and growing tissues. Vitamin D and calcium work together to build strong bones. Zinc is essential for normal bone development and cell growth. Deep sleep is when most Growth Hormone is naturally released.

Don't rely on height powders. Build the right foundation while your child's growth plates are still active.

Comment "HAIR" and I'll send you my Healthy Hair Diet Plan. 💇‍♀️✨

Sudden hair fall isn't always "seasonal."

Losing around 50 to 100 strands a day can be completely normal. But if you're noticing excessive shedding, thinning, brittle hair, or your hair has stopped growing, your body could be trying to tell you something.

Before spending thousands on shampoos, oils, serums, or supplements, get these important blood tests checked:

✔️ Vitamin D
✔️ Vitamin B12
✔️ Thyroid (TSH)
✔️ Zinc
✔️ Ferritin (Iron Stores)

Low levels of these nutrients can affect your hair growth cycle, increase shedding, and weaken hair quality. The good news? Identifying and correcting the root cause through proper nutrition and medical guidance can make a significant difference.

Healthy hair starts from within, not from a bottle.

Palm oil is often labelled as an “unhealthy” fat
but is that the complete truth?

The reality is, nutrition isn’t about judging a single ingredient. It’s about understanding the bigger picture. Palm oil is a part of Indian diets, and like every fat, it should be evaluated in context—not based on myths.

As a nutritionist, I always encourage looking at evidence over assumptions. The more informed your choices are, the healthier your relationship with food becomes.

Most people think collagen starts in a tub.

It actually starts on your plate.

Vitamin C is an essential cofactor for collagen synthesis. Without enough of it, your body can't efficiently stabilize and build new collagen, no matter how expensive your skincare routine is.

Kiwi is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C, but it's not the only food that supports healthy skin.

Your skin also needs:
✅ Protein to provide amino acids for collagen formation
✅ Copper to help collagen cross-linking
✅ Zinc for skin repair and wound healing
✅ Carotenoids and polyphenols to reduce oxidative stress that speeds up skin ageing

Remember, healthy skin isn't built by one "superfood." It's the result of consistent nutrition, good sleep, sun protection, and overall lifestyle habits.

Comment "Skin" and I'll send you my complete list of science-backed anti-aging foods.

Wait, don't throw those silky threads in the bin.

Corn silk (yes, those thin strands under the husk) has been used for centuries in traditional medicine, and modern research is finally catching up.

What's actually in it:
Flavonoids and polyphenols that act as antioxidants, plus potassium and vitamin K. This combo is why it's been traditionally used as a mild diuretic, meaning it may help your body flush out excess water and reduce that puffy, bloated feeling.

For skin, the antioxidant content may help fight oxidative stress, which is one of the things that speeds up visible ageing. Think of it as support, not a miracle cure.

How to actually use it:

Save the silk from 2 to 3 corns, rinse well
Boil in 2 cups water for 8 to 10 minutes
Strain and sip warm, once a day

You can also sun dry the silk and store it for a quick tea whenever you need it.

Comment "IMMUNITY" and I'll send you my favourite science-backed monsoon immunity drinks. 🌧️

Every monsoon, I get the same question from families:
"Why does someone at home keep falling sick?"

Most people start buying random supplements.

I start by checking the basics.

✔ Vitamin D
✔ Enough protein
✔ Vitamin C-rich foods
✔ Zinc (only if needed)
✔ Simple habits like tulsi + ginger tea

A strong immune system isn't built overnight. It's built by meeting your body's nutrient needs consistently.

Save this for the next cough-and-cold season, and share it with your family.
