✔ Read labels before buying skincare and cleaning products instead of trusting "natural" claims
✔ Wash fruits and vegetables properly to reduce surface residues
✔ Rotate storage containers instead of using old damaged plastic repeatedly
✔ Choose whole foods more often than ultra-processed foods
✔ Keep indoor plants and open windows regularly for better air circulation
✔ Avoid collecting unnecessary "detox" products and focus on basics instead
