Strawberry Sago Parfait Recipe :-

》Ingredients:~
•1 cup Sago/Sabotdana (Tapioca pearls), soaked & boiled
•1 cup Thick hung curd/yogurt
•1 Apple , peeled & cubed
•1 cup Crushed Strawberries
•2 tablespoon Honey
•2 tablespoon Almonds(badam), roasted, sliced

》How to make Strawberry Sago Parfait (Creamy Tapioca Pearls With Assorted Fruits)

1). Soak the Sago(sabotdana) in water for about 4 hours. Then later drain the water and boil it in water with 1/2 cup of water for about 5 minutes till it is soft and done.

2). Mix the boiled & cooled Sago(sabotdana) with Thick hung curd/yogurt, peeled & cubed apple and 1 tablespoon roasted & sliced almonds in a bowl. Drizzle the honey over it.

3). Start layering the glass jar with one thick layer of Sago(sabotdana) & Hung curd/yugurt mixture, then add the second layer of Crushed strawberries, then repeat this step once again. Finally garnish it with leftover roasted & sliced almonds.

4). Serve your Strawberry Sago Parfait for a quick Summer breakfast in Navratra(fasting) or Otherwise.

✴️Recipe:- TOMATO FALHAR UTTAPAM - NAVRATRI SPECIAL🥘
Ingredients:~
-1 Cup Semak/Sama Rice flour (semak ka atta)
-1 Chopped Tomato
-1 Chopped Green chilli
-1 Table spoon chopped Corriander leaves(Hara Dhania)
-1 Tea spoon Zeera(Cumin seeds)
-2 Table spoon Cooking oil
- Rock salt according to taste

Dierection for Tomato Falhar Uttapam:~
1). Make a smooth batter using Semak rice & water as required.
2). Add Zeera, Corriander leaves, Rock salt into the batter and mix well.
3). Heat Non-stick Pan & spread 1 tsp cooking oil.
4). Now Spread the batter in pancake shape & add chopped tomato & green chillis over it.
5). Then sprinkle few drops of Cooking oil over the uttapam.
6). Flip once done from bottom.
7). Cook well from both the sides & serve it with Mint or Coconut chutney.

Ingredients:
-1 Cup Semak/Sama Rice
-1 Cup sabot dana/Sago (soaked)
- 100gms grated Paneer (cottage cheese)
-1-2 Chopped Green chilli
-2 Table spoon chopped Corriander leaves(Hara Dhania)
-1 Tea spoon ajwain
-2 Table spoon Cooking oil
- Rock salt according to taste

Dierections for Falhar Paneer Dosa:-
1). Grind sabot dana and semak rice to a fine paste(add water if required to make a smooth batter).
2). Add 1 Table spoon chopped Corriander leaves,Green chillis, Ajwain Rock salt into the batter and mix well.
3). Heat Non-stick Pan & spread 1 tsp cooking oil.
4). Now Spread the batter on the pan & add left over chopped coriander leaves & little grated paneer over it.
5). Then sprinkle few drops of Cooking oil over the dosa)
6). Roll the dosa once well cooked
7). Serve it with Mint or Coconut chutney.
