Dual Marker Positive: क्या Baby को Down Syndrome है? | NIPT Test Explained | Dr. Mannan Gupta, Delhi

Pregnancy के दौरान अगर Dual Marker test का result abnormal आए, तो parents अक्सर baby की health को लेकर परेशान हो जाते हैं। लेकिन एक screening test का result अकेले Down syndrome की पुष्टि नहीं करता। ❤️

इस case में NT/NB scan, NIPT और Level 2 scan के results normal थे। Doctor ने आगे 22 weeks पर Fetal Echo कराने और एक बार Level 2 ultrasound repeat करवाने की सलाह दी।

Dual Marker और NIPT दोनों screening tests हैं, लेकिन उनकी accuracy अलग होती है। NIPT में common chromosomal conditions के लिए detection rate अधिक होता है, फिर भी यह 100% guarantee नहीं देता। इसलिए सभी reports को साथ में देखकर gynecologist की सलाह के अनुसार आगे की जांच करना जरूरी है।

IVF Failure: Endocervical Polyp की वजह से Implantation नहीं हुआ? | Dr. Mannan Gupta, Delhi

यह patient पहले किसी दूसरे IVF center में एक IVF attempt करवा चुकी थीं, लेकिन pregnancy positive नहीं हुई। इसके बाद patient ने further evaluation के लिए consultation किया।

Diagnostic laparoscopy और hysteroscopy के दौरान uterus की cavity में एक endocervical polyp दिखाई दिया। इस polyp को remove किया गया और अब आगे IVF treatment की planning की जा रही है।

Embryo transfer के बाद कई patients result को लेकर anxious और stressed हो जाते हैं। इस वीडियो में बताया गया है कि embryo transfer के बाद calm और relaxed रहना, prescribed medicines समय पर लेना और पर्याप्त नींद लेना क्यों important है।

Cervix Opening: Pregnancy में Cervix खुलने पर क्या करें? | Cervical Cerclage | Dr. Mannan Gupta, Delhi
