Behind every tiffin, there’s a story of hustle, patience, and love 💛
Today started with a little challenge—my gas cylinder ran out! But work doesn’t stop when you’re running a kitchen with responsibility. First, I prepared breakfast for my kids, making sure their day started right. Then came the real test—switching to induction for cooking.
Honestly, I was a bit nervous… will the rotis turn out the same? Will everything be on time? But step by step, things fell into place. The phulkas puffed up beautifully (maybe a little slower, but just as perfect 😌). Karela sabzi was already ready, dal was reheated with care, and all tiffins were packed fresh and warm.
In the middle of all this, I received an extra order of 10 rotis—and of course, I couldn’t say no. Fresh rotis, made with the same dedication, went out right on time.
Finally, I got ready, packed everything neatly, and stepped out for delivery—because every meal I send carries my commitment.
Running a home kitchen isn’t easy, but moments like these remind me why I started ❤️
