It is the brain child of NID Alumnis Nidhi & Pankaj.Both strongly felt the need of healthy food for youth in India. Aahaar, started in 2009 was launched in Ahmedabad and served students, faculties at NID, Paldi Campus.Later, it grew in Ahmedabad and was liked by all age groups. Our vision is to make people cook and eat a healthy diet to live a disease free life.
