its been extensively studied, and it has multiple benefits.
In Yoga this old technique is called Nadi shodhana or Anulom vilom and it's been practiced for at least 3000 years.
And thats why we are so lucky today to be able to measure these methods in the lab. Because of its popular and benefitial use.
We love science, but we have to respect and honor the origins, history and philosophy of this practice so we can apply these tools adapting to the context.
