Fluoric Acid
Constitution cachectic, with premature old age, young people look old,
Very hot, prefers cold place, cold floor, wants to take bath in cold water, even frequently,
( Some patients may less affected by heat or cold)
All complaints relieved by cold application, all pains, inflammations, burnings, etc. relieved by cold application.
All discharges are very much acrid and offensive,
Aggravation from all kinds of hot food and hot drinks, and releived from cold food and cold drinks,
Destructive nature of diseases, eg.
1) old cicatrices freshen up, become red around edges, and threaten to become open ulcers (Caust, Grap)
2) Varicose veins and varicose ulcers, non healing long standing case, women after repeated child birth, very painful.
3) Caries, necrosis, or longstanding osteomyelitis or other infection of bones,
4) Ulcer of all kinds, any ulcers, bedsores, etc., margins are red with formation of vesicles, with copious discharge, with violent lightning pains, agg. from warmth, and relieved from cold applications.
5) Caries and fistula of teeth, fistula dentalis,
4) Fistula lachrymalis,
5) A**l fissure and a**l fistula, lightning pains, agg. from warmth, and relieved by cold application,
6) Nails distorted brittle, fragile, ,
Exostosis of bones, in facial bones, or bones of other parts of the body,
Naevus of children, capillary aneurysm of adults, haemangioma, keloid, etc.
Desire for frequent bath, esp cold bath, takes frequent bath during summer,
Hypers*xuality of males, great lasciviousness, one woman does not satisfy him, er****on of p***s all the time, excessive desire for coitus, impotency after use of excessive s*x or sudden ,
Headache begins if they can not pass urine immediately,
Desire to take spicy or pungent or highly seasoned foods -- chilli, sour, pickles, fancy dishes.
Great hair falling, with alopecia areata or baldness,
Profuse sweating, all over the body, more over palms and siles,
A short sleep refresh him,
Tongue cracked in all direction ( Nit Acid.)
Glabella region bloated,
Aversion to coffee
Skin very hot, as if as if burning vapour was emitted from the pores of the skin, vertex, palms and soles are hot and burning, wants to keep them in cold place, feet must uncovered at night.
Itching of the orifices of the body, ( Redness of the orifices of the body -- Sul ) ,
Sensation as if wind blowing through eyes,
Mentally very much indifference, indifference to own wife or husband, or to children, to those loved best, to his own occupation, inability to realise any responsibility, lascivious or ny*******ia, hurried, domineering, Industrious -- can do tiredlessly hard work ( Aurum, Tarent.) ,
General agg.from heat, hot weather, at night, and amelioration from vmcold weather, cold application, cold bath, motion, etc.
This medicine is prepared from the very acrid and excoriating hydrofluoric acid. It was proved by Dr. Hering.
