Stop eating for the clock and start listening to your Agni (digestive fire). 🔥
As an Ayurvedic Doctor, I don’t follow "diets." I follow the laws of nature.
Here is the meaning behind the 3 things I do (and don’t do) to keep my Agni (digestive fire) strong:
1️⃣ I eat ONLY when I feel real hunger.
The Why: Eating without hunger is like throwing wood on a cold fireplace. It won’t burn; it just creates smoke. In your body, this "smoke" is Ama (toxins) that leads to bloating and weight gain.
2️⃣ I never eat until I’m completely full.
The Why: Your stomach is like a blender. If you fill it to the very top, it can’t grind. Ayurveda teaches us to fill 1/3 with food, 1/3 with liquid, and leave 1/3 empty for air and movement.
3️⃣ I don’t follow random diet trends.
The Why: Trends like Keto or raw "detoxes" aren't for everyone. Your body has a unique Prakriti (constitution). I follow my body’s signals, not the internet’s.
Your gut doesn’t need more trends. It needs Awareness. 🧠✨
Stop treating your stomach like a clock and start treating it like a sacred fire.
When you respect your Agni, your body does the rest.
