Morning Vibes 🌄☕

While preparing breakfast early in the morning, I find that having a sip of rose tea or blue tea on an empty stomach gives me energy and freshness for the whole day.

Unlike many people who crave morning tea, I prefer natural warm beverages. My favorite teas include lemongrass, rose, and aprajita (shankhpushpi) tea.

Brewing Flower Petals
To brew flower petals, simply take a teaspoon of fresh or dried petals (or herbs) in a pot, pour in hot water, and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and consume hot.

Where we all gathered every day, early in the morning, to meet our body and soul❤️❤️

Nostalgic mornings - the birds chirping and the calmness will always remain at the corner of our mind.🦜

The open space where we witnessed the first rays of the sun while doing Suryanamaskar 🌞- blissful moments.

Can't forget the mesmerizing moments when the cool breeze passed by while concentrating on our breathing, practicing pranayama.😇

Yoga can be enjoyed the most in an open space under the sky. A big hall can't bring the same vibes and ambience ⛅⛅
