If you are on a weight-loss diet you must have reduced your calorie intake to a great extent.
While cutting back a few calories is essential for weight loss, that doesn’t mean you need to doa major cut-back on your calorie intake.
Who does not love food? We all do. And when we’re told to change our lifestyle via changingour food, we all face major difficulties.
We are always distracted thinking what all we’re supposed to eat and what now.
But what we have to remember is that cutting out on all foods isn't the key. We have to maintain
a sufficient caloric amount to be able to have what we love once in a while.
Here are some signs which tell you that you need to increase your calorie intake:
👉intense Cravings
👉Constantly Irritable
👉Trouble waking up
👉Feeling Anti social
👉In a mental fog
👉Getting Sick frequently
👉Poor Sleep
👉Headaches
If you’re facing similar issues, it’s time you increase your calories and give your body the

When we start thinking about staying fit, we keep googling what is good and what’s not.
I believe no food is good or bad. It depends on the quantity of food.
If you like some food you can surely include it in your diet keeping the calories and protein
count.
People start cutting down foods like Rice, roti and treat sugar as a poison. That’s not how it
works!

For some people consuming some sweet food item in their diet acts as a motivation and themoment you ask them to avoid eating such a food item it backfires. They crave for sweets andthereby it affects their dedication towards dieting and crumbles all the efforts taken by them.

Everyone knows the optimum way but the optimum way might not work for some people.

And that’s when a coach’s expertise comes into the picture.
You need to smartly create a plan which keeps your client on track and does not push him or
her off the track.
It's okay to aim for perfection but slight deviation will not hamper your progress.
Even 80% work done will still give you results.
Understand what's the best for you and make a plan around your comfort zone so that you can
follow it for a long time. It's all about consistency & patience.

And as I have mentioned before,
IT’S NOT ABOUT JUST BECOMING FIT, IT’S ABOUT STAYING FIT.

Is overnight weight gain a thing?

It’s a confusing experience that happens to many people trying to lose weight.

But what’s important to know is that your weight will fluctuate on a daily basis, but it doesn’t mean that your weight-loss strategy is failing.

You’re just not doing a few things right.
🔴 You are probably consuming less water than your body requires.
🔴 You are not pooping well or you feel constipated.
🔴You aren’t sleeping well.
🔴 You probably consumed extra sodium (ditch the extra salt)
🔴You had a high carb meal.
🔴You are under stress and aren’t feeling yourself lately.

Let’s be real,
If you have loads and loads of responsibilities on your shoulders and you’re at a phase in life where you have to maintain the Work-Life balance, I don’t expect much from you.
DON’T
❌GO FOR THE 10K STEPS DAILY
❌FOCUS ON 500-CAL DEFICIT DAILY
❌GO FOR 6 WORKOUTS PER WEEK
❌TAKE FIX 8 HOURS OF SLEEP

BUT DO
✅AT LEAST 6K STEPS DAILY
✅MAINTAIN A WEEKLY DEFICIT
✅GO FOR 3 AND HALF WORKOUTS PER WEEK
✅TAKE FIX 6+ HOURS OF SLEEP

Take baby steps and don’t go all in.

The Goal is to feel fit both mentally and physically.
