क्रिप्टोर्चिडिज्म (अंडकोष का नीचे न उतरना) तब होता है जब एक या दोनों अंडकोष जन्म से पहले अंडकोश में नहीं आ पाते हैं। यह समस्या आमतौर पर जन्मे शिशुओं में देखी जाती है। इसका मुख्य लक्षण अंडकोश का खाली या अविकसित होना है। यह समस्या आमतौर पर 4-6 महीनों में अपने आप ठीक हो जाती है, लेकिन अगर 6 महीने तक भी अंडकोष नीचे नहीं उतरते हैं, तो बांझपन और कैंसर के खतरे से बचने के लिए उपचार, आमतौर पर सर्जरी (ऑर्कियोपेक्सी) की आवश्यकता होती है।

सड़क दुर्घटना के बाद मूत्रमार्ग में चोट लग सकती है। ऐसी चोट अक्सर श्रोणि/कूल्हे/जननांग की हड्डी के फ्रैक्चर के साथ होती है।
मूत्र निकासी के लिए रोगी को सुप्राप्यूबिक कैथेटर लगाया जाता है।
सर्जरी में क्षतिग्रस्त मूत्रमार्ग को निकालना शामिल होता है, जो अक्सर कठिन होता है, लेकिन सावधानीपूर्वक ऑपरेशन और जननांग की हड्डी के एक हिस्से को हटाने से यह संभव हो पाता है।

Urethra can be injured after an accident, this often is associated pelvic / p***c bone fracture.
this causes urethal injury at level of "membranous urethra".
Surgery involves removing the diseased urethra and is often difficult but with meticulous dissection and removing a section of p***c bone it is possible.
