5 simple tips:
✅ Table पर extra नमक डालना कम करें
✅ Papad, achar और namkeen को daily habit न बनाएं
✅ Packaged foods का sodium label check करें

Have thyroid problems? These 10 foods & habits may be worth knowing about! ⚠️

If you have hypothyroidism or are taking thyroid medication, what you eat—and especially when you eat or drink certain foods—can matter.
Some foods and habits may affect thyroid function, iodine intake, or thyroid medicine absorption. But that doesn’t mean you need to completely eliminate every food from your diet. Quantity, preparation, individual thyroid status and medication timing all matter.

💡 One important reminder: Thyroid medicine such as levothyroxine is generally taken on an empty stomach, and certain foods, drinks and supplements can interfere with its absorption when taken too close to the dose.

❤️ Heart Disease Is Not Just an “Old Age” Problem

Think heart disease happens only after 50 or 60? Think again.
Heart health is influenced by the habits and risk factors we build over years. Today, younger adults are increasingly exposed to factors such as:

🔹 Chronic stress & poor sleep
🔹 Processed and ultra-processed foods
🔹 Physical inactivity
🔹 Overweight and obesity
🔹 Diabetes and other metabolic risk factors
The important message is not to fear heart disease—but to prevent it early.
Your age may be a number, but your daily habits, metabolic health and risk factors matter at every age.

👉 Start taking care of your heart before symptoms force you to.

❤️ Heart Patient ke liye Ghee — Haan ya Naa?

Kya desi ghee heart ke liye healthy hai? 🧈❤️
Answer itna simple nahi hai.

Ghee contains saturated fat, so the quantity matters—especially if you have high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity or heart disease.

A balanced diet can include different sources of fats, but there is no single “superfood” that protects the heart. Your overall diet, physical activity, weight, cholesterol, blood sugar and other cardiovascular risk factors matter much more.

👉 So, should you completely stop eating ghee?
Not necessarily. The right quantity depends on your individual health profile and overall diet.

❤️ Eat Smart. Stay Smart.
