BALANCED LIVING: PRASANTH & PRIYANKA'S PATH TO LIFELONG HEALTH!

Prashant and Priyanka discovered the Wellness Quotient Community through a mutual friend’s status update, curious about how they could enhance their health journey. Prashant already had a solid routine of yoga and meditation, while Priyanka followed a more standard day-to-day lifestyle.

Though both maintained healthy weights, as they approached their 40s, they wanted to adopt the right combination of food habits, exercise, and balanced nutrition. They were particularly keen on resolving occasional digestive issues that cropped up from time to time.

They had plenty of questions about balanced nutrition and digestive health, and were eager for clarity and direction.
