Week 2: Self-Exam Guide
Is hafte hum aapko batayenge ki ghar par khud ki care kaise karein. Regular self-exam se aap apne breast ko behtar tarah se jaan sakti hain aur koi bhi badlaav turant pehchan sakti hain.
1. In The Shower (शावर में)
Jab skin wet aur slippery hoti hai, toh lumps check karna easy ho jaata hai.
Apni 3 middle fingers ke flats/pads use karein.
Light, medium, aur firm pressure ke saath, poore breast aur armpit area ko check karein.
Har month dono breasts ko check karna hai.
Koi naya lump (गांठ), thickening (मोटाई), hard knot (सख्त गांठ), ya koi aur change feel karne ki koshish karein.
2. In Front Of A Mirror (शीशे के सामने)
Kapde utaar kar, mirror ke saamne khade ho kar dekhein.
Hands ko side mein seedha rakhein aur apne breasts ko visually inspect karein.
Dekhein ki breast ke contour (shape) mein, ya ni***es mein koi change toh nahi hai.
Koi dimpling (गड्ढा), swelling (सूजन), ya skin par koi irregularity (खराबी) toh nahi hai.
Next:
Apni palms ko hips par rakhein aur firmly press karke chest muscles ko flex karein.
Phir se dekhein ki koi dimpling ya puckering (सिकुड़न) toh nahi hai, especially ek side par.
Yaad rakhein: Dono breasts perfectly symmetrical (एक जैसे) nahi honge.
3. Lying Down (लेटकर)
Letne par breast tissue spread out ho jaata hai, jisse check karna easy hota hai.
Apne right shoulder ke neeche ek pillow rakhein aur right arm ko sir ke peeche rakh lein.
Apni left hand ki middle 3 fingers use karke, right breast aur armpit ke poore area ko check karein.
Wapas light, medium, aur firm pressure use karke kisi naye lump ya change ko feel karein.
Last mein, ni**le ko halka sa squeeze karke dekhein ki koi discharge toh nahi aa raha hai.
Same steps left breast ke liye repeat karein.
