What’s new at Aamra HQ?

Pachranga. The achaar you know from the highway.

If you’ve ever driven up towards Chandigarh or Punjab, chances are you’ve passed the roadside pickle shops with their big jars of Panchranga - colourful, chunky, tangy and impossible to ignore.

Our version brings that memory to the Aamra kitchen. Five seasonal vegetables - raw mango, carrot, lime, lotus stem and ker - come together with ginger and green chilli, each bringing its own texture, tang and bite.

It’s the kind of pickle that belongs on the table when there’s paratha, mathi or dal-chawal - and, as the ladies at NSK will tell you, it’s particularly hard to stop at just one spoonful.
