In this occupational therapy session, we’re working on building strength, coordination, and confidence through play-based activities. From balancing on the therapy ball to reaching out and engaging with objects, each action helps improve motor skills, body awareness, and focus in a fun and supportive way.

What may look like a simple activity is actually helping with:

🌈Hand-eye coordination
🌈Sensory processing and body control
🌈Confidence in movement and exploration

The goal is not perfection, but progress-at their own pace, in their own way. And moments like these remind us that growth can be both powerful and playful💛
