I’ve been pretty inconsistent throughout my fitness journey always on and off.
This is probably my 3rd or 4th transformation, but by far the best one yet.
I’ve experienced what it feels like to have abs, a chiselled physique, and to be in top shape. But one thing people rarely talk about is how hard it is not just to get there but to stay there. It takes a ridiculous amount of consistency, discipline, and patience over the long run.
And honestly? I’m not someone who wants to live a life full of restrictions. I enjoy pizzas, desserts, aloo paratha, and occasional drinks, eating out, and actually living life.
But at the same time, I never want to feel unhealthy or uncomfortable in my own body.
So instead of chasing perfection all year round, I focus on maintaining a physique that’s sustainable for me somewhere around 12–14% body fat, decent strength, good energy levels, healthy blood markers, and most importantly… being myself.
Fitness doesn’t have to mean suffering.
It’s about building a lifestyle you can realistically maintain.
So if someone as inconsistent as me can still figure it out and keep showing up again… why can’t you?
Book your consultation and start your fitness journey with no unrealistic standards just you and me building it brick by brick into a stronger, healthier version of you.
