Today was one of those days that remind me exactly why I do what I do.

In the early part of the day, we held a women’s health awareness camp at the incredible — and watching women stop, pause, and actually look at their own health with care — that never gets old.

Later, delivered a webinar session on Hypertension for a corporate organization that had 180+ attendees.

As a health professional, what I see every day is that the body is always speaking — we’re just not always listening. Today, 200 people chose to listen.
