After 30, your body stops responding to extremes. It responds to consistency.
Eating less won’t fix slower metabolism, muscle loss, or digestive changes. Eating right will.
Here’s what to upgrade this summer:
Morning
Start with soaked almonds + light breakfast
Add: papaya, berries, sprouts, moong chilla
Mid-morning
Sattu drink (jeera + lemon + black salt)
or coconut water
Lunch
Simple and balanced: dal + sabzi + curd
Add fiber + protein to stay full
Afternoon
Chaas or lemon water with a pinch of salt
Evening
Light snack if needed: fruits or handful of seeds
Dinner
Keep it light and early
Easy-to-digest meals work best
Daily adds
Sattu for protein + cooling
Seeds (chia, flax) + soaked nuts
Avoid
Fried & oily food
Sugary drinks (even “healthy” ones)
Excess tea/coffee
Heavy late dinners
