Hurrying back into shape is always a mistake.
As a dietician, even my journey back to fitness has been long… and still going.
I’ve failed so many times—but this time, I chose consistency.
Not just diet… but daily workouts too. 💪✨

Today, I can feel the strength.
Once, even lifting my 5kg baby felt heavy…
Now on this trip, picking up my 15kg kid is no struggle at all. ❤️

Patience is the only key—whether you call it weight loss, getting back in shape, or simply fitness.
