Winter has just begun, and we’re already keeping it warm — the yogic way.

Today at SIYA’YOGA, we flowed through 50 rounds of Surya Namaskar, glowed with face yoga, and ended with peaceful pranayama.

Nothing beats the warmth that comes from moving with the sun and smiling with your tribe. 💛
We are grounded, we believe in God, and we are rooted — because for us, yoga has always been much more than just a workout.
