Your responsibilities:
• Booking of supplier invoices and preparing payment runs

• Responsible for Follow up with suppliers, affiliates and colleagues on payment
• Preparation of controlling reports with respect to AP (Accounts Payable).

Hear.com has a global footprint! Recently, our Finance Manager from India has moved to Canada.

Well Alisha Pulyani, India’s team really misses you. Here is Alisha’s story to get to know her better.

“It’s been more than 3 years since I’ve started my journey with hear.com, to be precise from 27th Jan 2016 and it’s been a wonderful experience to see the company grow from 3 room in the business center to 10000 sq feet office in such a short time. I worked as Finance Manager for India Operations for almost 3 years and currently I am working as Finance Manager for Canada Operations.
When it comes to my background, I became a Chartered Accountant in 2013 and later on, I worked in real estate, and hospital KPO before joining hear.com.

I love to travel and try different delicacies. What I like most about hear.com is, it’s the best and coolest place to work. Everyone is easily approachable. They take care of your needs and growth. From setting up a complete accounts system and processes from scratch, I have learned every detail of the processes. Also, it’s been an amazing experience to work with colleagues globally. All the countless unforgettable memories first come to my mind when I think of hear.com

Meet Rohit Bhargava from our Tech team. “I've joined hear.com as Senior Salesforce Developer in Oct 2018. When I joined hear.com, I was the very first member of salesforce team in the India office. Well, I've done my master’s in computers. Loves to play badminton, photography, trekking, etc. If you are looking for a partner for your adventurous activities, you can count on me! Recognition of my work has always been an achievement for me, but the biggest achievement is yet to come in hear.com. Meet Deepak Bisht, from our IT team . "I am working as senior IT system administrator for Asia region currently and I began my journey with Hear.com in January 2017, Here comes a bit about me , I born in Delhi and brought up in my hometown, Uttarakhand and moved again in Delhi almost 9 years back and studied IT Science, Before joining Hear.com ,I worked for Clients like- Google, Barclays for 4 years behalf of parent companies as IT support engineer role, I keep myself updated with new Technology, playing Online games and traveling to new places are my hobbies.

I just love working with hear.com because of Company culture and having flat hierarchy , I worked on many amazing projects for Hear.com Asia region, I would say I have done the complete IT infra setup in office from scratch and closely worked with various teams globally, it feels great when you are responsible for many operations in the region and people count on you. Well, every day at hear.com is memorable day, we do lots of fun at work and make others feel happy.

“Let’s meet the first "Three Musketeers" of hear.com India:
Starting from left : Vivek Abraham , Akshay Gupta , Mrinmoy Saha who are the pillars of success for hear.com that currently has 100+ employees at Gurgaon office! 😊 A great success and a huge step forward considering that hear.com is less than 4 years old!

We asked a couple of questions to get to know them better:

What do you like the most about working with hear.com?

Akshay: The kind of flexibility that we get and importance to work that is given irrespective of position in the company which ultimately empowers employees
Vivek: Career growth : Having seen the company since Day 0, I can vouch that those who are passionate and persistent, will be recognized & get room to grow.
Mrinmoy: I love the work culture and the transparency in the company, the flexibility in work and the freedom to share any damn idea that comes to the mind (if impactful then certainly worked on).

Memorable moments in hear.com?

Akshay: July 2018 – attended Jeju Asia Summit, was a memorable and unique experience. Had a great interaction with other countries colleagues.
Vivek: May 2016 - Representing hear.com on international platforms alongside hearing industry veterans- proud feeling that hear.com is a force to reckon with.
Mrinmoy: Aug 2016 – organizing Jaipur trip - the 1st overnight outing as a company with the employees.

Fun fact!

Akshay: I enjoy doing Bhangra (dance form) after few drinks and have a loud and unique style of laughing 😊
Vivek: I enjoy high altitude (> 10000 ft/ 3000 m) trekking and have completed 6 so far, most recent being the Annapurna Base Camp trek in Nepal.
Mrinmoy: I am a total foodie and love to dance 😊
