Who We Are: Khushboo Welfare Society (Khushboo) was established on 13 November 1995 as a Non-Profit Organization under the Societies Act, 1860 to provide Holistic care and Multifarious services to people with Mental and Multiple disabilities We work with special children, adolescents and grownups, helping them through, flexible education, vocational training, therapeutic programmes and other speci

al learning interventions to attain self-sufficiency. Our work also provides relief to the care givers of these persons during some portion of the day which enables them to take better care during the time these persons are with them. Activities of Daily Living (ADL),
2. Education through normal methods and Assistive Technology
3. Speech & Language development,
4. Physical Therapy where needed,
5. Expressive & Performing arts,
6. Recreational activities and
7. Community based rehabilitation services for disabled children. It is thus a multi-sectoral, multi-dimensional approach for people with disabilities, with joint participation of village community, the family members and Khushboo. Our goal is to empower them through care, education, training and rehabilitative interventions.

This month, the residents of Khushboo Residential Facility enjoyed a fun-filled outing to Bikanervala at Trend's Mall, Sector 95, Gurugram. From travelling together in the Khushboo vehicle to sharing a delicious meal, the day was filled with excitement, laughter, and meaningful interactions.
These monthly outings are much more than recreational visits. They provide valuable exposure to the outside world, help build confidence, enhance social and life skills, and create a sense of belonging in the community.
A heartfelt thank you to the parent who sponsored this month's outing. Through this unique initiative, parents gain a deeper understanding of the aspirations, preferences, and personalities of our beneficiaries while strengthening the bond between the beneficiaries and their caregivers.

Khushboo Welfare Society, in collaboration with the Breathe Art, presents a course in Expressive Arts–Based Therapy Practice. This training program is designed for students and professionals in psychology and mental health, helping them integrate expressive arts as a therapeutic intervention into their work.

A dedicated module is also available for participants from non-psychology backgrounds.

Season 2 of the District-Level Special Sports 2026 marked a major milestone as Khushboo celebrated 30 years of impact enabling children with intellectual disabilities to live with confidence and dignity.

From spirited races to joyful moments of victory, every child proved that ability knows no limits.

Graced by Shri Sandeep Kumar Dembla, the event stood as a true celebration of resilience, and possibility.

Khushboo is grateful to Mastek Foundation for their unwavering support in enabling children with special needs to become more self-reliant through therapeutic services.
Here is a glimpse of our children engaging in activities designed to strengthen their abilities , enhancing body coordination and spatial awareness through floor hockey, developing fine motor skills using peg boards to strengthen the small muscles of the fingers, and improving speech and language through picture recognition exercises.
