Skipping breakfast might feel harmless—until it starts showing.

Here’s what often happens:

• Low energy and poor focus through the day
• Increased cravings (especially for sugar)
• Overeating later in the day
• Leads to higher calorie intake overall → weight gain
• Slower, inconsistent fat loss
• Mood dips and irritability

What actually matters:
• How much oil is being used
• How often ultra-processed food is consumed
• Overall diet quality—not one ingredient

Blaming one type of oil won’t fix health.
Looking at the bigger picture will.

Sleep.

Poor sleep:
• increases cravings
• messes with hunger hormones
• lowers energy → less movement
